2017 China Integrated Circuit Talent Development Forum invites you to participate in Nanjing 9.8

Marked by the State Council's “Outline of the National IC Industry Development Promotion” issued by the State Council in June 2014, China's IC industry has entered a new era of rapid development. The "Outline" puts forward the short-term, medium-term and long-term goals of the development of China's integrated circuit industry. It requires greater investment, and the overall goal of eliminating the industry from the people and achieving the leap-forward development of the industry.

Talent is the first resource for the development of the integrated circuit industry and a key bottleneck restricting the development of China's integrated circuit industry. At present, the total number of IC practitioners in China is less than 300,000. By 2020, the talent gap of China's IC industry is expected to reach 700,000. All semiconductor companies' human resources departments are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.

It is in this historical context that in order to better implement the relevant work requirements of the "Outline" and other documents, the Nanjing Integrated Circuit Industry Service Center (ICisC) actively responded to the call of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, which is scheduled for 2017. The 2017 China Integrated Circuit Talent Development Forum was held in Nanjing on the 8th of the month to promote the construction of the talent team in the integrated circuit industry and realize the rapid and healthy development of the integrated circuit industry.
