It contains a remote temperature sensor selector, ∑-Δ A/D converter, threshold temperature setter, digital comparator, control signal circuit and output circuit. When the measured temperature crosses a preset threshold temperature value, the digital signal output terminal outputs a corresponding logic level, and then passes through the driving circuit.
