In the circuit of Figure 4, when the power switch SW1 is turned on, the point a is high, and the Trl is turned on, so that the 2N2907A is also turned on, and a trigger signal is sent to the 5 pin of the MC14528, and the VR1 and lμF capacitors and the 2 pin are extended. When the circuit, the 6-pin output high-level signal drives the 11-pin, and the 7-pin also outputs the high-level drive BC547 to turn on, so that the LED1 is on. The lM resistor and the 47μF capacitor and the 14-pin are also delay circuits. After the 14-pin reaches the trigger voltage, the 10-pin output high level turns the transistor BC547 on, respectively, so that the LED2 is lit, and the relay is used to control other circuits.
