Jiangsu Nanda Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the "Special Item 2013" issued by the Implementation Management Office of the "Minimum Scale Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Equipment and Complete Process" of the Ministry of Science and Technology (referred to as "02 Special Project"). Notice of the approval of the annual project project [ZX02 (2012) 020] (hereinafter referred to as "Notice") and its Annex 2 ("Maximum-scale integrated circuit manufacturing equipment and complete sets of technology" National Science and Technology Major Project 2013 project (topic) list And the Central Budget Estimation Table, hereinafter referred to as the “list”).
As a project responsibility unit, the company has applied for the “R&D and pilot test of high-purity arsine, phosphane and other special gases” and obtained the approval of the 02 special project in 2013.
According to the list of the notice, the company’s central budget for the above projects is approved as follows:
